After submitting the online enquiry form, we will respond within 2 business days to confirm availability. We will send you a tax invoice and the terms and conditions if the venue is available. You will have 7 days to pay and return the signed terms and conditions to confirm the booking. In the event the space is unavailable, we will promptly inform you.

Please keep in mind that submitting an enquiry does not secure a booking. Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.

For a Community Centre / Hall booking:

Georges River Council has transitioned to a new online booking system for Council's Community Centres and Halls for Hire from 22 January 2025. This system will allow customers to easily check availability, place bookings, and manage them entirely online.
